HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - TRANSDEV SOUTH

c£60k pa plus bonus plus benefits – location flexible – frequent meetings – SW London

Reporting into the Managing Director Transdev London, your role will be to shape and deliver a business development strategy that will evolve Transdev's activity in the Southern half of the UK. Able to quickly gain an insight into our business, you will enjoy full ownership of this key remit, acting as the focus for all major business development activity – particularly in opportunity identification and bid management. As such you will need to build close relationships with local authorities and other key stake holders.

In addition, you will monitor and circulate specialist advice on developments in Local Transport and Local Authority legislation, staying abreast of new technology and public transport innovation.

With a track record of business development/project delivery, your outstanding interpersonal, motivational and communication skills will be supported by clarity of vision and the ability to balance priorities and pressure points. Experience with local authorities and the public transport sector would be a great advantage. We offer personal development opportunities on a truly global scale.
