RUGBY AND CONCERT SERVICES

The following are details of The Rugby Special Service operated by London United Busways Ltd on behalf of The Rugby Football Union.

Please note new boarding and alighting point Pre Match / Concert : A Shuttle Bus Service will operate from A316 near Old Deer Car Park close Richmond Station, to the Stadium in Rugby Road (or as near as possible) up to 30 minutes before kick off. Buses run every 10 minutes or on demand. Fare 50p.

Transdev London would like to thank customers for your generosity towards Children in Need while travelling to England v New Zealand at Twickenham on the Rugby Special on Saturday 21 November 2009. The total amount collected through donations and fares amounted to £3,000. A cheque has been sent to Children in Need.

Post Match / Concert: A Shuttle Bus Service will operate from the Stadium in Rugby Road (behind North Stand) to the drop off point on the A316 close to Richmond Station. Also where indicated a service will run to Hounslow Bus Garage from Whitton Dene (by the North Car Park exit), for Piccadilly Line at Hounslow East. Both services will operate for 150 minutes after the final whistle. Fare Free.

Saturday 20th March 2010 – Anglo Welsh Cup– Kick Off TBC
From the A316 close to Richmond Station commencing at TBC hours. After the match a service will run to both A316 close to Richmond Station and Hounslow Bus Station for Hounslow East Station.

Saturday 24th April 2010 – Wasps v Bath – Kick Off 1730 hours

From the A316 close to Richmond Station commencing at 1430 hours. After the match a service will run to both A316 close to Richmond Station and Hounslow Bus Station for Hounslow East Station.

Saturday 1st May 2009 – Army v Navy – Kick Off – 1500 hours

From the A316 close to Richmond Station commencing at 1200 hours A service will run to A316 close to Richmond Station only after the match.

Saturday 15th May 2010 – British & Irish Cup Final – Kick Off TBC

From the A316 close to Richmond Station commencing at TBC hours. After the match a service will run to both A316 close to Richmond Station and Hounslow Bus Station for Hounslow East Station.

Saturday 29th May 2010 – Guinness Premiership Final – Kick Off TBC
From the A316 close to Richmond Station commencing at TBC hours. After the match a service will run to both A316 close to Richmond Station and Hounslow Bus Station for Hounslow East Station.

Sunday 30th May 2010 – England v Barbarians – Kick Off TBC
From the A316 close to Richmond Station commencing at TBC hours. After the match a service will run to both A316 close to Richmond Station and Hounslow Bus Station for Hounslow East Station.
